自我介绍

      我叫杨屹。简单的说，到目前为止，我三十年在中国生活，十五年在加拿大生活。

      我于1991年7月毕业于南开大学会计学系审计专业。在这之后的八年多时间里，我先后就职于国家审计署，公共会计师行，证券咨询公司，及大型国有企业集团。这些经历让我对国内企业的经营动作、财务管理、融资上市、股权结构等方面有深入的了解。同时，这些丰富的经验为我以后从事的跨国税务工作奠定了坚实的基础。

      我于1999年12月移民加拿大。我从零开始，以学习加拿大公共会计师课程，入职当地最小的会计师行为起点，艰苦奋斗，提升自己，到供职于世界知名的会计师事务所立信(BDO Canada LLP)和普华永道 (PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada LLP)，从事复杂高端的美国和加拿大跨国税务服务。在BDO，我接触到了最丰富、最复杂的个人与私人企业的美、加双边税务案例, 涵盖了美、加双边税务的所有类型 - 公司、个人、合伙人以及信托。在PWC, 我专注于大公司高管和高富人群，以及跨国公司内部人才流动的跨国税务。其中不仅包括美、加，同时也包括加拿大与世界其他国家的双边税务.

      2013年1月，我成立了自己的跨国税务事务所，专门提供中、美、加三国的跨国税务服务。一年多以来，我已针对不同的群体进行了近二十场的专题讲座，这些专题讲座包括了八个大类的税务规划及策略，受众人群包括加拿大安大略省政府的经济发展部、社会保障部、多伦多公共图书馆、多伦多大学中国留学生社团、美国人在多伦多的移民团体、多伦多华人社团、加拿大的地产投资企业及个人、社会公众等。这些讲座受到各方的广范认可和欢迎。

      美国和加拿大拥有各自不同的复杂的税务体系和税务法规。两国之间的人员交流及经济关系亦十分密切，这就造成了两国间的双边税务案例特别复杂和丰富。借鉴美、加双边税务案例，使其服务于中加和中美双边税务，是我的一个心愿。

      Wendy Chung offers a wealth of experience as your investment advisor. She has a broad base of professional experience, having been part of the financial teams of several fortune 500 companies. She is also an entrepreneur.

      A graduate of the University of Toronto, Wendy has also earned her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. To pursue her passion to make a direct difference in people’s lives, Wendy decided to leverage her accounting and financial planning skills into a wealth management practice.

      To share her financial, career and business knowledge, Wendy is involved in various professional and business communities. She speaks to several associations and professional groups, is a mentor at the University of Toronto Mississauga, and was a “living book” speaker in the 2013 Living Book Series.

      During her downtime, Wendy loves travel, art, food and hosts entertaining events to connect great people and minds.
